Privacy Policy

Overview

Tanni ("the App") is a card game developed by Consulen LLC. We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal data. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights.

Data We Collect

• Game Data: Match history, scores, and game statistics stored locally on your device using UserDefaults.
• Device Information: Device type, operating system version, and app version for crash reporting and compatibility purposes.
• Advertising Data: We use Google AdMob to display ads. AdMob may collect device identifiers, IP address, and general location data to serve relevant ads. See "Third-Party Services" below for details.

Data We Do NOT Collect

• We do not collect your name or email address
• We do not require account creation or sign-in
• We do not collect location data
• We do not collect contacts or address book data
• We do not collect health or fitness data
• We do not sell your personal data to third parties

Third-Party Services

Google AdMob

We use Google AdMob to serve advertisements within the App. AdMob may collect and process the following data:

• Device advertising identifier (IDFA) — only with your consent via Apple's App Tracking Transparency prompt
• IP address (used for approximate geographic targeting)
• Device information (model, OS version, screen size)
• App usage data (ad interactions, impressions)

Apple SKAdNetwork

We participate in Apple's SKAdNetwork for privacy-preserving ad attribution. This does not track individual users.

App Tracking Transparency

On iOS 14.5 and later, we request your permission via Apple's App Tracking Transparency (ATT) framework before allowing AdMob to access your device's advertising identifier. You can:

• Allow Tracking: Enables personalized ads based on your activity across other apps and websites
• Ask App Not to Track: You will still see ads, but they will not be personalized based on cross-app data

You can change this setting at any time in Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking.

Data Storage

All game data (match history, settings, preferences) is stored locally on your device using Apple's UserDefaults system. This data is not transmitted to any server. If you delete the App, all local data is permanently removed.

Children's Privacy

Tanni is rated 4+ and is suitable for all ages. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. The App does not require account creation, and ads served to users who have not consented to tracking are non-personalized and comply with COPPA requirements.

Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:

• Access the data we hold about you
• Request deletion of your data
• Opt out of personalized advertising
• Lodge a complaint with a data protection authority

Since Tanni stores data locally and does not maintain user accounts, deleting the App effectively removes all your data.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
